That’s according to a report from San Diego State University.
According to the report, the average home value in the city of San Diego in the United States is $9,846, with the median house price at $922,000.
The report also showed the median annual household income in San Diegans city of the same size is $38,851.
That is more than twice the national median income.
The average person living in the San Diego metropolitan area in 2016 had a median annual salary of $46,945, while the median household income was $30,063.
The cost per capita of housing in San Jose was $1,069, and the cost per person in Oakland was $7,856.
